What you'd be doing:

  • Visiting clients' in their familiar environments to work alongside them and provide ongoing Coaching
  • Providing clients with information on the employment relationship and how to be a great employer
  • Supporting clients to develop and manage a budget for their funding
  • Basic IT support to clients to help them use our resources

What will help you do this?

  • A passion for people and making a difference in their lives
  • The motivation to be self-managing and autonomous
  • Experience with mentoring and teaching
  • An understanding of employment relationships and/or human resources
  • Experience within the health or disability sector
  • The ability to support people with budgeting
  • Intermediate IT skills
  • Proactive problem solving skills
