What is the role?

The purpose of this role is to proactively lead and assist marketing, communication and business development opportunities across Manawanui to maximise the organisation's performance.

What will you be doing?

  • Leading and managing the Marketing and Communications team
  • Developing Manawanui's marketing strategy
  • Furthering Manwanui's brand, our impact and visibility
  • Identifying and developing opportunities for business growth
  • Strategically developing our products and services
  • Growing our business relationships with customers and key stakeholders

What will help you do this?

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or similar
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Experience leading a team, creating a positive and productive work environment and an engaged workforce.
  • A strategic mindset to proactively design and implement marketing campaigns.
  • The ability to strategically manage PR issues and mitigate reputational risks to the organization.
  • Refined communications skills and excellent writing skills.
  • Experience working in political environments
  • Experience working in the health or disability sector would be beneficial
